“For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart. It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.” Judy Garland

So the Chief and I celebrated our 11th anniversary on October 22nd. I am never amazed at how my love for him grows. It's easy to do when he is an amazing husband, father, son, provider, protector and friend. I know he never reads my silly little blog, but I wanted to reflect a little bit on our journey together.

June 1998

Nothing like a good snuggle.

I love when I get him to dance with me.

He makes me smile!

I fell in love with a Marine. Go figure!
I am so proud of all he has done.

I have to remind myself how lucky I am to have the husband God intended
for me. What a blessing indeed!

Aaron, should you ever stumble upon this little reminder I placed for myself, know that you are
my past, my present and my future. Together we will accomplish even greater things! You amaze me!

Much ado about.... too much!

So much has gone on in a short amount of time. Two months fly by...

School is in full swing for us all. As are all the activities we seem to find ourselves wrapped up in this time of year. Luckily for us, we have been healthy, happy and blessed beyond measure through it all!

We've been hanging out when we find the time...

Getting ready for the colder weather...

Running (more) marathons... This last time in the Air Force Marathon...

Celebrating double digit Birthday's with Best Friends...

Really celebrating! Ok, freaking out when we get our Team Edward shirt!

How blessed are we that she is our daughter!?

We've been busy playing soccer...

busy watching soccer... (soccer mom's are RAD!)

Catching action shots...

We've been busy hunting...

Celebrating Oktoberfest with German beer...

With our non-German friends...

Enjoying German wine with our yummy German food, and German deserts!

We've been apple picking at the orchard! Some of us enjoyed more than others!

Of course going with friends makes it even more fun!

My mom would sing, "I love you a bushel and peck, and a hug around the neck"
Here I can see just how much that really is!

We picked some yummy apples!

We've been rock climbing, some using their monkey toes.

Rock climbing is uber fun!

We've been supporting breast cancer awareness any way we can!

We've been blessed with GREAT friends!

We've been trick or treating at the Lake.

And while the Chief is in a tree stand, I manage to find a date that he would approve of!
:)

We've been realizing that our oldest is too old to trick or treat anymore.
So he goes to hang out and play guitar hero with Papaw.

Halloween is so nice we trick or treat twice!
Here's the gang sans Jake.

This "Marine" love her garden gnome!

We've been baking fun cookies for our guests...

And they are helpful in identification!
Yes, I am Tina Mundy.

More adventures to come, as there always are! Everyday is an adventure in family, education, fun, and of course Love!
