Tired Ten on Tuesday

1.)  I missed a Tuesday of my trying to be random.  What... I think it worked!

2.) So, special people gifted me with the very Vera Bradley I have been drooling over.  To say that I am enjoying my new backpack is an understatement, and the clutch wallet is fabulous.

3.)  However, I ordered a snap case online for my beloved companion, my iPhone.  I was very careful in selecting the colors to kinda go with my new vera, but I got the wrong colors... and I don't think I like it.  So I am shipping the case back in hopes of an exchange.  I have dropped my friend a few times, and I would rather scratch a case then my iPhone. 

4.) Little Miss Natasha got a haircut.  I love when she gets her face trimmed up, she looks like the puppy I brought home.  Poor baby shakes more though...  She does have Chihuahua in her.

5.) My mom is feeling much better, and I enjoyed hearing the happy tone in her voice today.  

6.) Since my mom's heart attack I am trying to research better recipes for heart health.  I hope to pass on some healthier eating tips to her, and my sister.  Oh, Ok I can use some of my own advice too!  

7.) My kids are growing up!  Jake got his shoes last week in the man section!  You know....where Men buy shoes!  My 10 year old is wearing man shoes.   Now Madie has decided to see Jake's shocking shoe news, and raise him.  She can wear my shoes, but I am a shoe diva and refuse to share.  Not only that, but she has (finally) mastered the art of the inhaler and I will not be having to run to the school twice a week for a breathing treatment. Whheewww.... 

8.)  It's ok, in a week they will be getting a permit and driving me everywhere.  

9.)   I am so enjoying my Moka pot still....

10.) Midterms are officially over.  Overall I did well, but I was very disappointed with my Euro Civ.  What can I say?  I guess I am allowed an off day.  But no more.... I want to maintain my 3.8 GPA.
